Each little league team has an administrative assistant called the Team Parent.  Their responsibilities are:

• Assist the coaches with phone calls and distribute hand outs
• Communicate messages from the coach to the parents
• Attend the Team Parent Meeting regarding Picture Evening
• Distribute Picture Evening materials to the parents
• Collect Picture Evening envelopes and checks from the parents
• Assist the coach on Picture Evening

Your participation check will be returned to you after your Picture Evening appointment is finished.
